rOMPLANTS of profiteering by
some hotel proprietors at the expense of coach tourists were made by Mr. R. A. Mortimer, a Bradford tours organizer, in a talk on "Motor-coach Cruising" at a recent meeting of the Yorkshire Transport Society.
Municipal authorities at holiday resorts should, he said, offer more co-operation to ensure that coach tourists were given reasonable value for money at hotels. Such co-operation was already extended by the municipal authorities at Blackpool and Douglas.
