THE Ribble group of companies brought well over 3m. people to Blackpool from all parts of Britain during the past season. W. C. Standerwick, Ltd., carried more than 65,000 passengers on tours of Blackpool illuminations. This figure was 21 per cent, higher than in 1952, itself a record year.
