A S a first step in the co-ordination
of the services of Exeter Corporation and the Devon General Omnibus and Touring Co., Ltd., applications are being made to the Western Licensing Authority to remove the protective fares charged on "Devon General" buses on journeys within the city. "Devon General" buses will then pick up and set down passengers within the city at the same fares and under the same conditions as on corporation vehicles.
This action has been taken by the new joint committee formed by the corporation and company in Exeter.
