another four lorries bought from British Road Services have been issued by the Western and Northern Licensing Authorities, it was announced on Tuesday.
In the Western Area, Mr. D. Winson, 5 Manor Road, Lydney, has bought two vehicles (6 tons), and Mr. D, F. A. Morse, Ruggs Farm, Chedioy, Bridgwater, one (4 tons 16 cwt.).
Messrs. A. Wedgewood and Son, 4 Upper Russell Street, Darlington, in the Northern Area, have had a lorry (3 tons II cwt.) made over to them by Messrs. F. W. Robinson and Sons, Fcethams Salerooms, Darlington, The purchase of other transport units is reported on pages 337-338.
