ANEW coach station costing £10,000 was opened last Saturday by Ribble Motor Services. Ltd., in Preston. It has been designed to relieve congestion at the Tithebarn Street bus station and will accommodate all the express services running into and out of the town.
It has 11 stands, two of which will be occupied by local bus services. More than 130,000 vehicles a year will use the station.
