Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• THE AULT & WIBORG training centre at Barking has been refurbished as part of a 2500,000 investment in buildings, equipment and staff. Central to the programme is the installation of a Spraytek-Saima booth/oven with 7.5-metre by 4m internal floor area.

The unit has viewing windows down one complete side for students.

In front of the new booth is a 12m Prepkleen deck — thought to be the largest in any training establishment. It has a 6m by 4m filter canopy with down-draught air passing through an underfloor water extraction and filtration system.

Says A&W director Pat Campbell: "The key to improved standards of professionalism in the bodyshop is well informed and trained staff."

Management and sales training, too, will be offered before long, he adds.
