AN agreement has been reached between Tube Investments, Ltd., and the Reynolds Metals Group. U.S.A., to cot/Thine the interests and activities of both groups in the aluminium industry in the 'United King
dom. The proposals are subject to Treasury approval and to the completion of formalities.
Plans inch/de the formation of a new company, to be called Reynolds Metals and T1 Aluminium, Ltd., which will take over the existing aluminium under takings of TI Aluminium, Ltd. The company will be owned 50-50 by TI and Reynolds.
